The standard immersion probe is the most typical immersion probe. The optical path length can be selected between 1 to 20 mm. The probe is directly immersed in the solution for transmission measurement. By attaching a stainless steel casing (protective sleeve), it prevents stray light from entering from the surroundings and protects the measurement head from damage.
